Terms of Service - CapMeter.ai

Where we are today: CapMeter is in active development and currently pre-launch. These terms govern your use of this website and our private pilot waitlist. A separate customer agreement will apply once the CapMeter platform is generally available.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing capmeter.ai or joining our private pilot waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use this website.

2. About CapMeter

CapMeter.ai is a product of EdgeAisle LLC, based in San Jose, California. CapMeter is being built to give SaaS companies visibility into AI-related costs and per-customer margins. The product described on this website is under active development; features, availability, and timelines may change.

3. The waitlist and private pilot

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the private pilot or any future product.
We may select pilot participants at our discretion and may change pilot terms, scope, or timing at any time.
Participation in the pilot, if offered, will be subject to a separate pilot or customer agreement.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and the CapMeter name and logo, is owned by EdgeAisle LLC or its licensors. CapMeter's underlying technology is patent pending. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of this website or the concepts described on it without our written permission.

5. No warranty

This website and any information on it are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Because CapMeter is still in development, statements about the product's capabilities describe our intent and roadmap, not a finished, generally available product.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeAisle LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in the waitlist or pilot program.

7. Confidentiality

Materials shared with pilot participants or prospective customers, including product demonstrations, technical documentation, or pricing, may be confidential and should not be shared externally without our permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as CapMeter's product and business evolve. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of this website after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
