CapMeter gives SaaS CFOs and CPOs real-time visibility into which customers, features, and AI agents are burning their budget, before it hits the board meeting.
Very soon we will open for pilot customers
You shipped AI features. Your token bills are growing every month. But you have no idea which customers are profitable and which are quietly eating your margins alive.
One stuck AI agent over a holiday weekend silently burns thousands before anyone notices.
Your heaviest users consume 10x the tokens but pay the same subscription as everyone else.
Your cloud bill grows but you cannot trace cost back to specific customers or features.
Gross margin erosion appears in your quarterly numbers weeks after you could have acted.
This is what your CFO and CPO see every morning.
Zero production changes needed to get this view
Cloud dashboards tell you what you spent. CapMeter tells you whether it made you money — broken down by customer, feature, and responsible agent.
See exactly which accounts are profitable and which are quietly costing you more than they pay, at the individual customer level.
Catch runaway AI spend as it happens, not weeks later in a billing statement or a board deck.
Connects in minutes with no code changes, no agents to deploy, and no impact on your live systems.
One unified view of AI spend and margin across any cloud or model provider you run.
Before founding CapMeter.ai, I spent 7+ years at Google, where I helped build and scale the infrastructure behind a multi-billion-dollar Android partner monetization ecosystem. Before that, I spent over two decades designing enterprise SaaS platforms — CRM, ERP, and GRC products — along with the data systems and operational foundations behind them, for complex organizations.
I founded CapMeter to close a growing gap in the AI era: companies understand their revenue and their system performance, but rarely the true cost of their AI operations. CapMeter provides that missing visibility layer between AI operations and business outcomes.
CapMeter is currently in development, built on GCP. We'll be inviting a limited number of design partners into our private pilot waitlist soon.
